Board Resolution for Provision for Doubtful Debts


"RESOLVED THAT the consent of the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby accorded to make provisions for doubtful/bad debts of Rs.___________ due on various parties, a list of which is placed before the Board at “Annexure – I” duly initialled by the Chairman for the purpose of identification and necessary entries to that effect be made in the Books of Accounts of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 201_."

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT ________ of the company be and is hereby authorized to do all such acts, deeds, things and matters as may be necessary in their absolute discretion to give effect to the Resolution.”
