per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 report of Board of Directors is
to be attached with the Balance Sheet laid before the shareholders in the
general meeting. Before circulation of Board’s Report along with the Annual
Accounts of the company, approval of Board of Directors is necessary. Draft Board’s
Report is being presented before the members of Board as Annexure – I for
the consideration & approval.
Hence
if approved following resolution may be passed :
RESOLVED THAT the Draft Board’s Report for the year
